You will love having room to spread out in this spacious 2200 sq ft, 3 level townhome. Enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on your private rooftop deck with gorgeous Gulf views! Location is everything; 3 minute walk to the beach, steps to a heated pool and your family can walk to shopping, ice cream and restaurants. This upscale townhouse is located just east of the popular Gulf Place artistic community at the intersection of Scenic Hwy 30A and County Road 393. The beach access is conveniently located across the street, and the bike trail/walking path runs just outside the front door of this small community complex.

Brand new to the rental market! Book now for 2020 and take advantage of 2019 rates! We are excited to be redecorating in late 2019, but you can book now before the 2020 (updated decor) rates increase. We will mainly be upgrading bedding and decor, with the addition of a queen sleeper sofa - 10 can sleep comfortably!!

First Floor: The first floor is entirely tile from the entryway, laundry and into the Guest bedroom which includes a Queen sized bed, with built in reading lights and bedside tables as well as a full size bathroom. You can spread out the crowd with a small living area with a Queen sleeper sofa & 50” flat screen TV. There is a full size washer and dryer just down the hallway. You will love keeping the sand outside! Our townhome offers a 1 car garage for storage of your beach essentials and an extra refrigerator for beverages. One Car Garage for compact car only and Driveway parking for 1 (Parking along 30A is allowed for extra parking.)

Beautifully restored hardwood floors in all rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors except for the tiled baths. All bedrooms include entertainment centers and Wi-fi access.

Second Floor: The second level hosts the main entertainment area with a very cozy and beautiful living/dining/kitchen area perfect for entertainment and eating at home. If you prefer to stay in, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve up to 12 guests. The second floor also includes a full bath with shower and a Guest bedroom with a Queen sized bed. The gorgeous, newly remodeled kitchen with custom designed cabinets and island with quartz counter-tops, stainless steel Subzero refrigerator, Wolf 4 burner gas range with electric oven, Wolf microwave, Subzero wine refrigerator and a delightful eat-in area. It’s a fully stocked, chef's kitchen with everything you need to cook and bake!

Third Floor: The third floor provides 2 beautifully decorated Master Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One with King sized bed and tub/shower combo, and the other with King sized bed and newly renovated luxury master bath with a huge walk in shower. The baths include beautiful granite vanity counter tops and glass enclosed showers.

Fourth Floor Rooftop Deck: Morning coffee and evening cocktails will be spent up the spiral staircase to the 4th level that leads to a private rooftop deck with plenty of room and seating for everyone to hang out. Our gorgeous sunsets and ocean views simply can’t be beat!

We live in Jonesboro, Arkansas and just bought this home in 2019. We have always vacationed in the area, and dreamed of having our own home at the beach. After losing both or our parents last year, my sister and I decided that time is too precious to wait another day. We feel so fortunate to have found this wonderful, spacious unit to enjoy spending time with our family and friends.
This home is perfect for two families or one large one.
