Enjoy morning coffee, daytime sunbathing or afternoon cocktails on your private rooftop deck with gorgeous Gulf views! Our incredible location is a 3 minute walk to the beach, steps to a heated pool and your family can walk to shopping, ice cream and restaurants. This upscale townhouse is located just east of the popular Gulf Place artistic community at the intersection of Scenic Hwy 30A and County Road 393. The beach access is conveniently located across the street, and the bike trail/walking path runs just outside the front door of this small community complex.

Park and enter at your front door! The first floor is entirely tile from the entryway, laundry and into the Guest bedroom which includes a Queen sized bed, with built in reading lights and bedside tables as well as a full size bathroom. You can spread out the crowd with a small living area with a Queen sleeper sofa & 50” flat screen TV. There is a full size washer and dryer just down the hallway. You will love keeping the sand outside! Our townhome offers a 1 car garage for storage of your beach essentials and an extra refrigerator for beverages. One car garage for compact car only and driveway parking for 1 vehicle. (Overflow parking in our neighborhood is first come first served; additional parking along 30A is available.)
Beautifully restored hardwood floors in all rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors except for the tiled baths. All bedrooms include entertainment centers and Wi-fi access.
The second level hosts the main entertainment area with a very cozy and beautiful living/dining/kitchen area perfect for entertainment and eating at home. If you prefer to stay in, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve up to 12 guests. The gorgeous, newly remodeled kitchen with custom designed cabinets and island with quartz counter-tops, stainless steel Subzero refrigerator, Wolf 4 burner gas range with electric oven, Wolf microwave, Subzero wine refrigerator and a delightful eat-in area. It’s a fully stocked, chefs kitchen with everything you need to cook and bake! The second floor also includes a full bath with shower and a Guest bedroom with a Queen sized bed, large closet and plenty of space to unpack and feel at home.
The third floor provides 2 beautifully decorated Master Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One with King sized bed and tub/shower combo, and the other with King sized bed and newly renovated luxury master bath with a huge walk in shower. The baths include beautiful granite vanity counter tops and glass enclosed showers.
Head up to the fourth floor Rooftop Deck for great breezes and your choice of sun or shade! You will love sipping your morning coffee, soaking up the daytime sun and sunset cocktails up the spiral staircase to the 4th level! Your private rooftop deck has plenty of room and seating for everyone to hang out. Our gorgeous sunsets and views simply can’t be beat!

DURING PEAK SEASONS, SPRING BREAK AND SUMMER THIS PROPERTY HAS A 6 NIGHT MIN BETWEEN SATURDAY-SATURDAY.
BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.
Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST.
Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST.
Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions. No unsupervised teens or college age groups, period! Any groups not adhering to this policy will be asked to vacate immediately and NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. Your booking assumes your acceptance and full understanding of this policy.

About the Owner
Stay That Way, LLC is a partnership between myself, Renee' Harmon, and my sister Michelle Bacot. We live in Jonesboro, Arkansas and just bought this home in 2019. We have always vacationed in the area, and dreamed of having our own home at the beach. After losing both or our parents last year, we decided that time is too precious to wait another day. We feel so fortunate to have found this wonderful, spacious unit to enjoy spending time with our family and friends.Location
