Start your day relaxing with a cup of coffee on our 4th floor balcony, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Our low rise building only has two units per floor. Ample parking and convenient elevator takes you right to your front door!
Beautiful and spacious open floor plan. This unit is large, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room to spread out!!
The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a large central kitchen island, and an ample pantry.
The dining area has a farm table with seating for eight, plus three stools at the island. Great space for dining, gathering, playing games or a work surface if you're bringing a little bit of the office with you.
The family room has a comfortable slipcovered sofa and chairs, and 60” smart TV with surround sound.
The oversized balcony spans the entire front of the condo, with two comfortable chairs in the sitting area, and a bar height table with four chairs on the other end. Enjoy a view of the beautiful community pool, as well as our scenic view of the Gulf.
The enormous Master Bedroom has a king size bed with a sitting area, two large closets and a flat screen TV. The large master bath has a jetted tub, two separate sink vanity areas, private commode.
The beautifully furnished front guest bedroom has a king size bed with private bath and Flat Screen TV.
The 3rd bedroom has two full size beds with attached bathroom. This room also has a flat screen TV.
Large laundry room completes this unit with full size washer and dryer. In the hall closet, we provide four beach towels, six beach chairs and an umbrella for your use.
The Villas at Seagrove Beach have a secure, gated entrance with parking provided, and a large elevator for convenient move-ins. The olympic sized community swimming pool also offers a bathroom facility. * Eyes Above the Waves Condo has a security camera on our front door/ elevator.* The Villas at Seagrove Beach prohibits guests from bringing pets of any kind and there is absolutely NO SMOKING in our home, on the balcony or in the common areas of the complex. Violations of the maximum guest, no smoking or no pet policies will be grounds for eviction with no refund.
The property sits directly on 30A in an area that curves in very close to the beach. The gated access to our private beach is directly across the street and the beach is less than 100 yards away. A beautiful, relaxing beach that doesn’t get as crowded as other beaches in the area. While we provide beach chairs, there is also a beach chair rental service on the beach that you can reserve weekly or daily. There is a nice little restaurant, hair salon and a home decor store directly next to our condo.
We are located 2 miles from Seaside on one side and 6 miles from Rosemary Beach on the other with many wonderful restaurants, shops and activites all along 30A. It is a vey active area, with bike/running/walking path for miles along 30A which a great way to see the area and visit the various towns along the way. Stay That Way, LLC is a partnership between myself, Renee' Harmon, and my sister Michelle Bacot. We live in Jonesboro, Arkansas and just bought this home in 2019. We have always vacationed in the area, and dreamed of having our own home at the beach. After losing both or our parents last year, we decided that time is too precious to wait another day. We feel so fortunate to have found this wonderful, spacious unit to enjoy spending time with our family and friends.Location
